The hotel was a suitable place for enjoying a local area, just off the stops, the Ita Thao pier and the shopping street, and the beautiful lake. Ideal location - a short walk to everywhere we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed sleeping 2 nights in this property.

The hotel we stayed in was just amazing! the staff there was so incredible, they greeted us with a warm smile and were always helpful, offering their assistance to us many times. the room we had was so large, with floor-to-ceiling windows that gave us an incredible view of the scenic area around us and made us feel very relaxed. the hotel was in such a great location, right next to some of the best street food markets we had ever experienced and also very close to one of the piers and several shops which made it very convenient for us to explore the surroundings.

We did have a bit of an issue with the cleanliness of our sink when we arrived. It had some rubbish in it, which made the water drain very slowly.

The hotel offered a great lake view and was in a perfect location close to many restaurants. We enjoyed the variety of options available for breakfast, particularly the steamed buns and soy milk. Our room was spacious and comfortably fit four people.

The polite and friendly staff was always eager to help and offered helpful advice. The breakfast was decent and the pricing was reasonable for a 2-3 star hotel. The toiletries provided in the bathroom were adequate, and the beds were comfortable enough to guarantee a sound sleep.

The stay was overall excellent, but it lacked extensive activities in the area.

We were delighted with the stunning view of the lake from our comfortable room at Ming Yue Hu. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with our luggage upon arrival, showing great hospitality. The breakfast was delicious and provided a wide variety of dishes. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay at Sun Moon Lake.
